Timothy moved to Rabun County from Southeast Florida in 1995 where he retired from 15 years in agriculture, and from 11 years in real estate brokerage and development. Timothy is a third generation native Floridian. He is a licensed private pilot, an avid motorcyclist, and is active in church and several civic organizations. Past director Sun American bank, past president Rabun Co. Board of REALTORS®, Rhapsody in Rabun, and Spruce Creek HOA. Timothy is active in commercial real estate ownership and management in Florida and Georgia, and is currently an associate broker with Harry Norman, REALTORS® Luxury Lake and Mountain since 2010.
